In our Cardio, Strength, Step, Interval, Nia, Yoga, Zumba, and Barre-Based Classes,you will find challenge and inspiration. Inventive and fun, the workouts are still serious fitness. Drop-in to Group Classes on your class card. No reservation needed.
Small group Classes
Take part in fun, exhilarating workouts while forging new friendships. By regularly meeting with workout partners (2-8 people), in an intimate studio environment, you can benefit from specialized personal training services without the financial commitment. Join an existing Small Group or invite your friends and form a Group of your own. Pre-registration needed.
