Group Exercise Classes
In our Cardio, Strength, Step, Interval, Functional Fitness, Nia, and Zumba Classes, you will find challenge and inspiration. Inventive and fun, the workouts are still serious fitness. Drop-in to Group Classes on your class card. No reservation needed.
Small group Classes
Take part in fun, exhilarating workouts while forging new friendships. By regularly meeting with workout partners (2-8 people), you can benefit from specialized personal training services without the financial commitment. Join an existing Small Group or invite your friends and form a Group of your own. Training is available in our studio, your home or office, or outdoors. Preregistration needed.
Personal training
Meeting with you in your home, office, or our studio, your Trainer will guide you through an individualized program designed to help you meet your fitness needs. Training is available for cardio, strength, functional fitness, and rehab/prehab needs.
