Class DescriptionsCardio Combo - Aerobic workout, which includes strength training.
Cardio/Step - With music. Step combinations, core work, stretching on the mat. Fitness Lite - A gentler, more explanatory workout to return to or start a fitness plan. Functional Fitness - Everyday actions using small, multiple muscle groups. 20/20/20 - Equal thirds of cardio, strength, and stretch portions. 20/30/10 - 20 minutes cardio, 30 minutes strength, 10 minutes stretch. Mindful Movement - Class of stretch, meditation, and mindful restoration. Strength and Length - Weight and flexibility training. Nia - Fusion of dance, martial arts, and creative movement. Step/Cardio - Aerobic training incorporating The Bench and weights. Step Combo - Aerobic training incorporating The Bench and weights. Zumba Combo - Invigorating dance-based class incorporating Latin rhythms. |
