All small group classes are instructed by Gina and preregistration is required. Most classes are 45 min.

Personal training is available in your home, office, or our studio. 

Class Descriptions

Cardio Combo - Aerobic workout, which includes strength training.

Cardio/Step - With music. Step combinations, core work, stretching on the mat.

Fitness Lite - A gentler, more explanatory workout to return to or start a fitness plan.

Functional Fitness - Everyday actions using small, multiple muscle groups.

20/20/20 - Equal thirds of cardio, strength, and stretch portions. 

20/30/10 - 20 minutes cardio, 30 minutes strength, 10 minutes stretch.

Mindful Movement - Class of stretch, meditation, and mindful restoration.

Strength and Length - Weight and flexibility training. 
​
Nia - Fusion of dance, martial arts, and creative movement. 

Step/Cardio - Aerobic training incorporating The Bench and weights. 

​Step Combo - Aerobic training incorporating The Bench and weights. 
​
Zumba Combo - Invigorating dance-based class incorporating Latin rhythms.
